travel highs lead to post travel blues, yet I'm finding meaning in this crazy life

Adventure

Baños, Ecuador

MTS Adventure is a professional canyoning company in Baños; a little town nestled under a 5000m+ volcano (for more read – Climbing Volcanoes). I was fortunate enough to try their half day options as well as their full day options and I enjoyed the experience thoroughly.  Their equipment, safety and attentiveness is to a very high standard and the owner of the company is a recognised trainer for many of the canyoning guides throughout South America. I was impressed to say the very least! Here is a little video capturing how epic the canyoning is in Ecuador!

Tena, Amazon Rainforest, Ecuador

Tena is the main hub in Ecuador to start trips into the Amazon rainforest. The amazon rainforest near Tena is unique because it is also close to the Andes; creating unique biodiversity where the mountains meet the largest rainforest on the globe. If I could have any wish granted, it would be that my dearest friends also had this experience at least once in their life.

I went on many trips into the jungle and river by Pakay Tours and also stayed at the off grid, vegan and incredible Lumicon farm. Literally the best time of my life so far -staying at both of these places.

Interlaken, Switzerland

I lived here for 10 months. That is where I did my training to become a white water rafting guide and canyoning guide. Interlaken is an adrenaline junkie and extreme adventure sports heaven. This video sums up some of the best parts of my experience in Interlaken.
